Introduction:

Lux Row Distillers has established a diverse lineup of Whiskeys, encompassing Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Rye. Their emphasis is on utilizing top – tier ingredients and adhering to traditional techniques. Specifically, they opt for Kentucky corn and age their Whiskey in barrels crafted from American white oak.

A notable highlight from Lux Row Distillers is their Ezra Brooks Bourbon, which harks back to an age – old recipe previously employed by a distillery of the same name in the 1950s. This Bourbon undergoes charcoal filtration, yielding a smoothness reminiscent of Tennessee Whiskey.

Rebel Bourbon is another of their offerings, created from a blend of corn, wheat, and barley malt. This Bourbon boasts a robust and spicy flavor profile, distinguishing it as a distinctive choice.

The Production:

Lux Row Distillers employs a copper still crafted by Vendome for their distillation process. In their fermentation process, the distillery utilizes 12 stainless steel washbacks. Fermentation occurs within these washbacks over a period of three to seven days.

The Warehouses:

The distillery boasts a total of ten warehouses for storage.

The History:

Established in 1958 under the name David Sherman Corporation, which was later changed in 2006, Lux Row Spirits Company operates as a manufacturer, bottler, importer, and marketer of diverse beverage brands. Given its industry involvement, establishing its distillery emerged as a natural progression. Commencing in 2015, the company embarked on constructing a contemporary and inventive Whiskey distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Subsequently, Lux Row Distillery was inaugurated in 2018.

The Visitor Centre:

Lux Row Distillery welcomes visitors and provides the opportunity to partake in distillery tours, which can be conveniently booked online.
